VP, Global Sales
Cortechs.ai is actively recruiting for a VP, Global Sales position within the US.
Can be located anywhere within Continental US.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the US commercial business in reaching sales and business targets
- Translate training and education into successful sales of all CTX products in the Cortechs.ai portfolio.
- Develop creative strategies for all existing and potential accounts within North America.
- Generate and maintain a complete and consistent customer database for North America.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all contacts at qualified accounts through customer visits, letters, phone calls, attendance at symposiums, etc.
- Manage a commercial team that consists of BDM (Business Development Managers and Technical Applications Managers.
- Work with commercial team to manage effectively the sales funnel, quoting template, and quarterly quotas.
- Develop a 12-month North America strategy that is approved by CEO and CFO; effectively carried out in a rolling 12 months.
- Align the commercial team to pursue new business while at the same time extending current customers and adding in our additional products (upsell)
- Develop a creative 24 & 36 month sales strategy in alignment with CTX corporate strategy
- Maintain a professional and innovative image of Cortechs.ai with customers, competitors, and colleagues.
- Consistently look for ways to improve EBIT while driving top-line revenue growth.
Required Experience:
- BA/BS preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient written and verbal skills: English
- Must be used to travel, with a willingness and desire to travel throughout NA (up to 75%)
- Documented success as a top-tier sales leader for minimum of 3 years
- 7+ years sales experience in Radiology – focused on capital/software niche markets is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and a proven history of ability to make independent decisions and lead teams to set goals and objectives.
- Previous experience communicating within medical software space and knowledge of hospital hierarchy and sales cycles.
- Superior customer relations proficiency and experience working closely with C-level execs
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- High comfort level with software and technology, in general
